#TeamRhino #SaveTheRhino #SaveFive

Raising Awareness to protect our #WildLife, Please take the pledge: I would like to join #TeamRhinodotorg in the fight against rhino poaching to ensure a future for people and vulnerable wildlife on our planet: I will never buy or promote any products made of rhino horn, as I know that demand drives poaching. I will be a committed advocate to support rangers and others on the frontlines of rhino conservation. I will share my passion about rhino conservation and recruit my friends and family to become involved. I will urge my government to continue championing efforts to stop rhino poaching at home and abroad. I will stand with IRF to help save rhinos from extinction. teamrhino.org

Land Access and Soil Generation the Movement "Living Off The Land"

Living off The Land a movement for food justice, social, physical and emotional health. i am so impressed with the work of soil generation mainly because of the nonjudgmental environment that is created by Kirtrina Baxter and Owen Taylor, great facilitator's for the land access workshop that i attended this week. The attitudes of the facilitator's often dictate the mood of the movement, so happy to met and know peaceful facilitators in Kirtrina and Owen!!

Soil Generation movement brings communities of various cultures together through gardening and workshops around green space and communication. SG created www.groundedinphilly.org to assist Philadelphians in researching vacant lots, pro-bono legal assistance and organizing with others. when visiting www.groundedinphilly.org click on their vacant land 215 toolkit. you will learn about the community in gardening, the process of connecting communities, how to acquire land and gardening resources.

if you would like a land access workshop done in your community please email me aliciadorsey2@gmail.com and i will be happy to share what i have learned from the workshop and experience. let's beautify our communities and get rid of the depressing vacant lots!!
