Meek Is Free What Does That Mean #PostConvictionReliefActPhilly

Im feeling great right now!! Advocating for change in our justice system and seeing our advocacy result in getting the claws of the unjust system out of people lives is words i cant express great!! On the advocacy yes we did radar im bouncing all over with streams of tears!! Advocacy works so we keep advocating to get more off our backs.

Im looking forward to more of what #reformphilly is producing in the justice reform platforms shaping societys outlook about our corrupt justice system. There was a rally for Meek i believe held by the NY Justice League, crazy Philly didn:t pack the streets for the hearing, don:t think  the magintude of exposing corrupt police officers working with a corrupt judge is understood in this case.

What i do know is that more who have been victims of Philadelhia police misconduct are able to seek the same justice as Meek. Thanks in part to #reformphilly exposing the PCRA, and more staff being added to the unit.

Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA) call 215-686-8000 or  215-686-8714

Assisting individuals wrongly convicted of a crime in Philadelphia

An experienced criminal appeals attorney knows there are different types of appeals possible following a conviction. Pennsylvania state law and federal laws both give a convicted defendant the right to file appeals based on a variety of reasons. One such method of appeal is to file a petition under the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA).1 This type of appeal generally occurs after an initial appeal with the Pennsylvania courts is not successful. However, the PCRA petition is completely separate from a direct appeals with its own rules, deadlines, and regulations.

What is PCRA?

The Act provides a method for individuals who were wrongfully convicted of a crime or who believe that their sentence is unlawful to pursue collateral relief. You are eligible to file a PCRA petition if you have been convicted of a criminal offense and you are on probation or parole, you are currently serving a prison sentence, or you have received a death sentence. In order to obtain post-conviction relief, you must provide sufficient information that one of the following occurred in your criminal case:

Your Constitutional rights were violated in such a manner that no reliable verdict could have resulted.

You received ineffective assistance of counsel that prevented a reliable verdict from occurring.

You were unlawfully induced or coerced into pleading guilty when you were actually innocent.

Your right to direct appeal on a certain issue was unlawfully obstructed by a government official.

Exculpatory evidence2 that was not available at trial is now available and would likely

change the result of your case.

You received a sentence that was improper and unlawful for your offense (i.e., above the statutory maximum).

The criminal court that entered your conviction did not have proper jurisdiction to do so.

As you can see, an appeal under the PCRA can have many complex legal issues, so it is always highly important to have an attorney handling your appeal who has a thorough understanding of Pennsylvania criminal appeals laws. Additionally, you only have one year (under most circumstances) to file a PCRA petition, so you do not want to delay in discussing your case with a criminal appeals lawyer as soon as possible.

Contact an experienced criminal appeals attorney for assistance today

If you have been convicted of a crime, you have a number of options on the appellate level. Post-conviction relief is only one method of attempting to fight your wrongful conviction. Discussing your case with an experienced criminal appeals lawyer in Philadelphia can help you explore your options and put together a quality, well-argued appeal for the best possible chance at having your conviction overturned. Please do not hesitate to contact the Zeiger Law Firm at (215) 825-5183 to discuss your case today.

DA Larry Krasner will be at Eastern State Searchligt Series this Tuesday, September 3rd,

discussing probation. He has had so many challenges cleaning up the unjust Philadelphia justice system. We still don:t have restorative justice in Philadelphia because the grips of conformity is strong in this city with the first prison aka pentitentary mentality. Looking forward to what direction Philadelphia will be taking with probation and parole. #PaVoterCourtWatch askin who are we as a society seeking retribution via a cell and money? Eastern State is the first penitentiary in our country designed after the slave ship promoting rape of the mind body and soul When do we as a society step up and take responsibility for what justice looks like? Damn it when do we care for one another like family whom we may not all get along with but can respect why is punishment the incentive this system creates money hungry monsters who look to rape our communities mind body and soul We must stop this inhumanity I'm putting this on all of us!!

#SearchLightSeries so this advocacy is real and centered in mental health on all sides, what weaves us as a society today? how do we come together nonpartisan like, aka remove the bias from our understanding and look to understand the diversity in our society. So many run from the trapps of society because once you enter this criminal justice system you are no longer looked upon as being human and that goes for prison officials also, so many of them have sheep in wolves mentality. We must address "unchecked power" breeding corruption, We need to explore "safe surrender" and the fact that people make mistakes, especially when they lack development of mental tools. If they managed to stay out of trouble then they should be able to turn themselves in and show how they have become safe productive citizens not committing any crimes. the courts should be happy to not have spent so many tax dollars and consider their efforts as time served!! What's the kick back for judges who send people back to jail or extend their parole? i know probation and parole officer get incentives to violate parolees, what is the kick back for judges? i will be asking these question hopefully this tuesday!! #MeekIsFree #Reform #LarryKrasner #ShutThemDown #LetsTalk #EndRapeCulture #WhoAreWeAsASociety #redhenexploring2019 #sparkieexploring2019 .@redhenexplore .@redhenexploring .@roc_the_nation .@meekmill

Pa Voter Court Watch Judge Genice Brinkley Has To Go

Judge Genece Brinkley is bringing much needed attention to the unjust actions so many people have to face when trapped in the justice system. We the public put our trust into the judicial system to practice the law without bias. Our expectations is that the courts would be govern by mature individuals who would be able to understand the many icebergs that will stand before them and view their case with a plan to guide the troubled individuals into a more productive lifestyle. Jail does not always have to be the answer.

In the case of Judge Brinkley we should research her from birth to present. We really should get a record of her judgments and see what patterns are reflected in her rulings. How are judges compensated? What incentives are they offered? After viewing Free Meek i learned of the various violations Judge Brinkley committed during his case. Worst part is that Judge Brinkley refused to adhere to the recommendations of the district attorneys office or Meeks probation officer. Meek did everything he was suppose to do and Judge Brinkley refused to remove her grips from him. #UncheckedPowerWillBecomeCorrupt Robert Williams aka Meek Mill then had to get a recusal of Judge Brinkley from the superior court before he was able to get the grips of the unjust system out of his life.

The court rooms are public spaces govern with code of conduct. We the people can submit complaints about corrupt judges to the board of conduct review to have corrupt judges removed from our court rooms. Please take the time to fill the form out concerning Judge Brinkley and any other judge you may have been wronged. Please let me know about your experience with bad judges. Im looking to create score cards for every judge in Pennsylvania, so we know who is on our bench.

Juneteenth and Philadelphia Remembering August 25, 1619

Father of Freedom Absalom Jones

June, 12th 2019 i attended Juneteenth presentation given by Mr. Ronald Brown aka Mr. Juneteenth at the Lucien Blackwell Library in West Philadelphia. Mr. Juneteenth shared with us lessons of our past and the passage of HB619 making Juneteenth an official holiday in Pennsylvania.  Mr. Brown is the Northeast Regional Juneteenth Director, Founder and Chairperson of Pennsylvania Juneteenth Coalition. Philadelphia’s Juneteenth origin began on June 19th 1863. #PhiladelphiaFreedomMarch ended in Texas with the freeing of the last slaves in Galveston Texas on June 19th 1865. Mr. Ron Brown a native Philadelphian founded Germantown Juneteenth Coalition (GJC) in 1995. GJC hosted one of PA’s first Juneteenth Celebration, in Germantown PA 1997. GJC 1997 Juneteenth celebration has evolved to a Coalition of Juneteenth Celebrations taking place in counties throughout the State of Pennsylvania.

I learned that August 25, 1619 is when Sir William Penn bought slaves into Philadelphia near the Penns Landing site. The first protest to end slavery by abolitionist occurred in Germantown .  So much untold history was shared, what i came away with is this. African Americans were coming to Philadelphia for freedom. Philadelphia Freedom March made the trip to Galveston Texas to inform the last of slaves in United States of America that they were free. The Philadelphia Freedom March was African American men who had no fear of dying so that we all could be free. The Quakers were sympathetic to the African struggle and tried to help but wouldn't employee the Irish because they had their labor force with the Africans.

Learning that there are free and enslaved Africans in Philadelphia at this time. Free Africans often advocated for the freedom of all Africans and the end of oppression of one another. Absalom Jones and Octavious Catto were two of the instrumental advocates in Philadelphia. The Irish were upset because they couldn't make a way of their own and wanted the jobs the Africans had. The Irish then began to attack the Jamaican communities in south philly. Burned down their homes, schools and churches. All because they were dependent on a system created by the British.

I shared some of the facts of Juneteenth with my grandson, and try to share a little more each time we have the conversation. When i ask him what is Juneteenth he shares back that the state with a t, is where the last slaves where in our country. Best part in sharing this story is that i video recorded so that i'm telling the facts accurately.  Looking forward to the Juneteenth curriculum used in our schools!!

Mr. Ron Brown aka Mr. Juneteenth Part 1 and 2

Here's more background on how Pennsylvania came to recognize Juneteenth:

Mr. Ron Brown presented on how Pennsylvania’s Juneteenth Celebration also commemorates June 19, 1863, the date on which the PA Abolitionist Society and the Union League of Philadelphia members gathered for a meeting to enforce President Abraham Lincoln Emancipation. The Society and Union League received the assistance of Octavos Cato, Frederick Douglas, and Harriet Tubman to precipitate the enlistment of what would become 11 Regiments of 10, 940 African USCTs in Camp William Penn (CWP), the first federal and largest, training camp of USCT’s enlisted in the Civil War. CWP’s 6th, 8th, 22nd, 41st, 43rd, and 127th Infantries fought and defeated the Confederacy Army at the Siege of Petersburg VA. The six USCT Infantries were re-organized to form the 25th Corps. The 25th Corps defeated and precipitated General Robert E. Lee surrendered to Lt. Gen. Ulysses S. Grant, the Union Army. USCT of the 22nd Infantry of the 25th Corps, was assigned, and lead President Abraham Funeral Procession on April 25th, 1865. The 22nd Infantry was then assigned to, and did capture John Booth and Lincoln assassins on the Eastern Shores of Maryland. The 22nd Infantry rejoined the 25th Corps. The 25th Corps was mustered to Texas. The 25th Corps was assigned to surround and guard General Gordon Granger as he read General Order # 3 to enslaved Africans outside of the Osterman Building, the Union Headquarters, in Galveston Texas on June 19, 1865; General Order # 3 reading led to the eruption of a spontaneous celebration in the streets of Galveston Texas, the assembled Africans named the day, Juneteenth; which evolved from the combination of June, the month in which the celebration occurred and  teenth, June 13th to June 19th (June-teenth), the length of time of 25th Corps Freedom March through Texas.

Please plan to join us for a Juneteenth conversation with #CloseTheCreek
From Plantations to Prisons Panel Discussion and Talkback (Reception starts at 6:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.)

Eric "Brother Shomari" Grimes, Radio Show host, “The Shomari Show” WURD 96.1FM and co-founder of AAKT (Action, Advocacy, Knowledge, & Training) Concepts for Social Justice and Community Development

Bobby Harris, #CLOSEthecreek Campaign Organizer and former juvenile lifer

Eric Marsh, Acting President of the Nicetown CDC Neighborhood Advisory Subcommittee

This should be a deep conversation, and  i look forward to sharing with you via video if you are not able to attend.

"Juneteenth is a day that we commit to each other the needed support as family, friends, and co-workers. It is a day we build coalitions that enhance African American economics...
... celebrate African American freedom and achievement, while encouraging continuous self-development and respect for all cultures."

Why We Need To Research Candidates Before We Vote!! #VoteMay21

Your Vote is important, please don’t let someone tell you something different.

Why does your vote matter?
1.Your vote is your voice on so many levels. When you vote you let the legislator know where you stand on various issues in our community.

2.When you vote you help allocate resources our government diveys out in your name.  When you don’t vote corruption grows out of control and our resources are stolen because we are not paying attention.

3.Civic engagement is a right we should all take pride in. Understandable the trauma so many of are going through to keep us from civic engagement. We should try to connect on some level to what is going on in our city. Being involved helps me learn about concerns, resources and who is doing what. I learn about the candidates and the buzz often floating around them. For me civic engagement is relationship building that allows us to weave our concerns into our realities. I Love Civic Duty!!

4. We may not agree on all the politics but should be able to see the big picture in how, if we put our emotions aside we can build the transparent government we would like to see one vote at a time!!

May 21, 2019 Please have a plan to vote!! Are you an early bird? Polls open at 8am and aren’t as crowded as in the evening when voters are getting off of work. Are you familiar with your polling location? Do you have an idea of the candidates you would like to vote for? At www.pavotercourtwatch.com you can learn about judicial and other candidates running in all of Pennsylvania’s races.

I’m waiting for the November election to make my decision for Mayor of Philadelphia, Cindy Bass my wonderful City Councilwoman has my support because we are mature enough to talk and disagree, yet still make the right things happen in our community, Derek Green and Erika Almorz Democrats and David Oh Republican, for City Council At Large have my support, and Joe Cox in November. We have to vote out City Councilwoman At Large Helen Gym she has a history of privatizing our public resources and pretending she is helping vulnerable members of our society. See more on this following my picks for candidates.

Jacque Whambush Button 48 for Register of Wills. The register of wills is a very corrupt office right now, i'm told for every child dhs takes through family court an allocation of $60,000 is dispersed between dhs and the family courts via the register of wills. How is this? More investigation coming.....

For Judge of Superior Court I''m voting Beth Tarasi and Amanda Green Hawkins because they speak to my concerns of open minded in the court room, leaving their bias in check. I also like Republican Megan McCarthy King. Had the pleasure of hearing both Beth and Megan during #PMC candidates forum. Researched Amanda Green Hawkins because so many of our families challenge corrupt Philadelphia Family Court and we need judges who will hear all the evidence and not continue the cover up.

For Court of Common Pleas i'm voting Gregory Weyer button #28 because he is intelligent and shares our justice reform concerns. Gregory is active in our communities in so many ways and is looking to make a difference as Judge of Court of Common Pleas. Gregory experienced the horrors of Philadelphia Family Court as many attorney's have. i'm sure with him real justice will be served. My other votes go to the judicial candidates who were at #CloseTheCreek Candidates forum. Justice Reform is a big concern for me and was important for me to connect with candidates who share the same concern. Jennifer Schultz Button #4, Henry Sias Button #21, Sherman Toppin Button #26, Kendra McCrae Button #16, James Berardineli Button #25.

For Municipal Court Theresa Brunson Button #30, i met Ms. Brunson during a #BlackLivesMatterWeekofActions and shared with her our fight with family court and he would like to see more restorative justice in the court rooms.

I'm very proud to be supporting Dennis Lee for City Commissioner Button #38. i had the honor of watching Mr. Lee work as Chief Deputy City Commissioner and heard our concerns about the pollution Septa's Nicetown gas plant would cause.

I have been hearing stories about Helen Gym for some time now. The first was when she went to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and toured the devastated schools which were all experimented on as charter schools after the hurricane. Then i'm getting bits and pieces about not being able to trust her. We need to keep our eyes on her and follow the money. The following is from a very reliable source:

So, I received an email today about a Social Innovations webinar hosted by a local social entrepreneur Nate Bronstein who worked in Philadelphia with Teach for America. He is now in healthcare and school district procurement. See the event link here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/block-chain-ai-big-data-you-take-control-of-tech-for-social-good-tickets-60147667292?mc_cid=f0e5ac3401&mc_eid=c36bf829c8

Which led me to revisit the Social Innovations page. Nicholas Torres founded it, and it is central to the impact investing agenda in Philadelphia. Their background / history page outlines multiple event launches across nine different social service sectors over the past five years, each attended by hundreds of people (according to their write ups). https://socialinnovationsjournal.org/about-sij/background

The one on "innovative" education is at the bottom-2014.

New School Designs and Innovative Educational Models was launched in February 2014 in partnership with the School District of Philadelphia, Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation, the International Association for K-12 Online Learning, Bravo Group and Public Health Fund. This edition featured 22 articles that took a closer look at new school designs in education along with programmatic, philosophical and policy challenges and opportunities that come along with innovations in education. The launch event took place at WHYY, Philadelphia’s leading public radio provider, where national and regional education and social sector innovators, leaders and policymakers talked about the regional and national landscape of, and appetite for, new school design and innovative educational models to improve academic outcomes for Pennsylvania children and beyond. Close to 300 people attended the launch event.

Many key players were in attendance and sponsoring including Susan Patrick of iNACOL and Michael Horn of the Clayton Christensen / Innosight Institute (blended learning) who gave keynote addresses.

I will admit to feeling pretty devastated as I read down the agenda and got to the panel on "Policy and Public Innovation Approaches to Education." Both Helen Gym and David Lapp participated in that panel.

I am going to be continuing my research into the tentacles of impact investing in Philadelphia. It will take me awhile to map it all, but I thought this information was very important to share. If any of you are in a position to ask Helen or David about this event, I would be very interested in know more about what transpired. In particular it seems there was a publication that emerged from it. I would like to get my hands on a copy of it.

#EndCPSFraud Not With Councilwoman Helen Gym

Thursday May 16th, Families fighting the corruption-taking place at Philadelphia Department of Human Services was in room 400 for the vote on resolution #190346. The resolution proposed by Councilman At Large David Oh and co-sponsored by my City Councilwoman Cindy Bass. Councilwoman Cindy Bass joined our #TableTalk in Nov, 2018. One of our concerns addressed with her was the need for oversight of the various family services in Philadelphia. Councilman David Oh Resolution #190346 sponsored by Councilwoman Bass would hold DHS accountable under their so-called new reform of themselves. I submitted testimony for this resolution sharing my experience advocating with DHS and how the various agencies ignore DHS. There is no protocol on how families are evaluated, nor are families giving family or youth handbooks explaining their rights when dealing with DHS. I was so excited walking through the front doors of city hall on Thursday. Had my camera capturing the families and supporters ready to hold DHS accountable.

https://www.facebook.com/1RedHen/videos/vb.610379438/10157324214009439/?type=3

Take the elevator to the fourth floor only to be halted by confusion on who can get in and who cannot. I see my comrade Lynn Robinson there advocating for clean air with the request that our city stop destroying our air quality with the construction of fossil fuel and other bad plants. Lynn is a bit upset because she is told that room 400 is full and everyone has to go to the balcony. That was the first lie of the day. Our families with their signs were sent to the balcony in efforts to silence our voice. Crazy how rules change when politicians want their way and refuse to hear the voice of the advocate’s aka families aka constituents.  Our families were allowed to come downstairs but told that signs could only be held up in the back row.

this is the hearing that the secret task force came out of
#GoFigure

I make my way to the press booth because when in room 400 with a camera and tripod, you are sent to the press booth.  I meet Rick Ross a freelance journalist who records #CityHallThursday to keep us informed. He shared our story and we thank him!! WURD live feeds city council every Thursday with Vincent Thompson. You can hear the rebuttal of our resolution. What you won’t see is Councilwoman Helen Gym working the floor against the resolution.  Her reason for denying our resolution is because she created a DHS task force in June and didn’t see the need for another one.  What she didn’t mention is that we were at her Hearings on DHS and she silenced us. She did not reach out to us about our concerns once her hearing was over and never informed us of her task force. I have emails from her office discussing the hearing and me submitting testimony about my family and Glenn Mills. The hearing was stretched out all day so that we would be discouraged from speaking. Many of us had to leave to care for other responsibilities. One of our mother’s, Nessa Leary spoke I believe as the last speaker of that hearing.

Councilman Heion starts with a vote against Resolution #190346 reciting the lines Councilwoman at Large Gym has giving him and Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown. They sighted that Philadelphia has several departments that are suppose to oversee DHS and there was no need for the city to further hold DHS accountable. They totally ignored the testimonies of these mothers, fathers and foster parents who feel threatened working with DHS.

My ears can’t take the selfish tricks of the politician anymore. I snatch my phone charger out of the wall, throw my phone in my bag and as soon as Councilwoman Gym finished with her rebuttal, I stood demanding she be voted out of office. Didn’t mean to disturb the press box, I believe they understand my passion for justice and how I use my camera to tell our stories. President Council Darrell Clarke ordered me out of room. I told him I was leaving when I stood up and he didn’t have to do that, so glad the guard didn’t touch me.

April 27th Conversation To #EndPrisonGerrymanderingPa at The Overbrook Beacon Community Center

#EndPrisonGerrymanderingPa a campaign coming together April 27th, by civically engaged grassroots organizations will inform our neighbors about the effects prison gerrymandering will have on our 2020 Census resource allocations. Pa. Voter Court Watch, West Philly Voting Bloc and Toni Cade Bambara Film and Culture Club have come together to host the conversation at the Overbrook Beacon Community Center, 5621 Lancaster Ave. from 11am to 2pm. We are requesting a $5 donation for gratitudity in using the facility and refreshments.

Tuesday, February 5th 2019 during the Eastern State Penitentiary Searchlight series Brianna Remster PhD. Sociology/Criminology shared her research on prison gerrymandering. I learned that the practice of prison gerrymandering is unconstitutional. I try to meet the presenters before entering the prison museum. I introduce myself and ask to take a selfie with them and exchange contact information. I plan to attend every #Searchlight series to learn about prison reforms taking place, but that doesn’t always happen. Thankfully they facebook live the series so we are able to see the conversation in their archive.

I reached out to Brianna to speak as a panelist with me for the Socialist Feminist Convergence taking place in Philadelphia the weekend of April 26th thru the 28th. She agreed and set the time aside for me. The Socialist Feminist Convergence had read another presentation addressing mass incarceration that included me as part of the panel. When they contacted me with their decision I had to decline because there is an urgency to address prison gerrymandering in time for the April 1, 2020 Census count and I’m the advocate sharing the information of the professional researcher. I didn’t feel comfortable because I may not deliver the information the way Brianna can base on her research. So I reached out to several organizations and individuals to help me host this conversation based on the reservation of time and the urgency to move our legislators to #EndPrisonGerrymanderingPa

During our last West Philly Voting Bloc community and members meeting I had mentioned the ills of prison gerrymandering to our attendees and informed them that Atiba Kiwesi co founder of West Philly Voting Bloc agreed to host the conversation with Pa. Voter Court Watch. Our members agreed that the topic of prison gerrymandering is important and looks forward to attending our April 27th conversation with Brianna Remster, gerrymandering focused organizations, Common Cause Pennsylvania and Fair District Pa. and our West Philly elected officials, being the conversation is in West Philly.

There is so much going on in Philadelphia on April 27th that we were able to get endorsement from the following grassroots organizations: Melaniated Educators Collective, Socialist Feminist Convergence and The Human Rights Coalition Philly who will share our information with their networks but are also hosting events at the same time. If you have time April 27th, 11am to 2pm please join us!! If you have a smart phone, please consider live streaming the conversation to your friends on facebook, twitter and instagram. We are asking everyone to contact their legislators and will have messages addressing end to prison gerrymandering to post to State General Attorney .@JoshShapiroPa

What Is The Political Revolution, the Progressive Platform?

What is the political revolution?

I joined the #politicalrevolution in 2016 when advocating for Bernie Sanders to be the Democrat nominee. Bernie being an Independent at start is what leaned me to support his platform. I learned at a recent DSA meeting that he has a medicare for all bill in congress bout to be passed to the next house. Medicare for all speaks volumes to me. Too many people are in need of general practice doctors in our communities. There are pop up triage in pharmacies and in fluent communities. But we need culture component physicians and medical staff serving in every community. So medicare for all is a political revolution but what hold my tongue else is revolutionary about advocacy today?

This is election season and it seems to me the revolution kinda passed over after J20 and Occupy movements. So I wonder is the revolution simply adjustment in the parties to entertain? What is the progressive platform? From what I’m seeing progressive politics is replicating present political systems. We say we want to break away from corporate control of politics but how when some of us are acting much like what we want to break away from. Or is deeply rooted colonialism separate from corporate personhood. Oh wait I’m not sure that concern is explored in the revolution. Are we #Scapegoating? Maybe the political revolution is brewing in batches here and there for I do see some unity in the advocacy community and that is a major step towards building the people’s revolution.

#DefendJ20 dem some revolutionary advocates for you. J20 stopped Trumps inauguration crowd, like pumped on the breaks for that ceremony by filling the streets!! Now that’s the start of a revolution by the people!! #J20 members are all home from jail because the charges were dropped.

#OccupyICEPhilly are some revolutionary advocates letting government know that they understand our human rights and have the right to publicly exercise them. Police assaulted my comrade Anlin Wang because they don’t agree with the revolution changing how systems are conducted. Occupy ICE was successful in stopping Philadelphia from sharing information with ICE.

Professor of Law, Michelle Dauber spoke at a Philadelphia NOW event on #EndingRapeCulture in our society. Professor Dauber teaches at Stanford University where elite mentality ruled until #JudgePozzo gave rapist #BrockTurner a six months sentence instead of two years. That under verdict was the spark that set Prof. Dauber on fire. She said "That was not acceptable" and helped organize other women who had been through his court and dismissed.
Professor Dauber efforts to #EndRapeCulture has not stopped with the recall of Judge Del Pozzo. She started #EnoughIsEnoughVoterProject to bring information to voters about candidates running for office.

The organization, dubbed the Enough is Enough Voter Project, says on its website that it aims to "hold politicians accountable and ensure violence against women is part of the national conversation this November and in future elections." In a video promoting the project, Dauber said, "Aaron Persky isn't the only elected official who doesn't take violence against women seriously." She continued:

He's one of many. It's time for that to change. Enough is enough. We're mobilizing women and our allies all across the United States to investigate and to defeat candidates who have turned against women on issues of sexual harassment and violence against women... These people have no place in public life. We're saying enough is enough by standing up to bullies at the ballot box. We will vote them out. https://www.bustle.com/p/the-enough-is-enough-voter-project-is-targeting-politicians-accused-of-sexual-misconduct-misogyny-12115161

#PaVoterCourtWatch.com is revolutionary; the site was created from advocacy with families having struggles in the judicial system. Pa. Voter Court Watch goal is to inform people that #JudgesMatter and bring more voters into judicial elections with community conversations and canvassing. We aim to interview as many judicial candidates as possible and post the video interview on the website for viewers to learn about the candidates. There is no endorsement of candidates so the pay to play politics is no longer a factor. We are offering training in court watching soon so that we are able to be part of the transparent and accountable courts that we want in our state. Most revolutionary part is we are building partnerships with attorneys and judges who also want integrity, transparency and accountability in our courts. That’s taking our power back from corporate personhood, and that’s called #Politicalrevolution!!

Obligations

What are the obligations created in life?  How do they make there way into our social obligations as well? What are social obligations? Ethics, whose ethics, where is the community ethics etched at?

As an advocate who am I obligated too? Those whom I advocate for:

Family:
All of Mines

Community:
Cuts To Welfare
Community Newsrooms coming soon!!

What does obligation mean to you? I have a family I’m obligated to be there for, the best way I understand to be there for them. My perception of family may differ from others in my family and outside of the family. Perception is where we need to get to when wanting to understand who we are and where we want to go in life. Perception aka mental understanding is built with conversations. Building collaborations helps builds each others perceptions aka understanding. Very important to have Conversations with people of various differences, to help build a well-rounded understanding of the issues and concerns facing our vulnerable families and communities if that is the perception you look to obtain.

Erasing Stigmas aka Bias is challenging if your focus aka conversations are one sided. Building understanding often results from actually walking the walk and not just standing up for vulnerable members of our society. Understanding the root of stigmas is key to erasing fears in our society. Fears built to build prison communities versus safe productive residential communities. Dr. Maria Montessori worked to address this careless mentality and some how her work was privatized.

Vulnerable members, often been broken several times over, from family to society, and have learned to trust only what works for them. Reaching broken communities doesn’t mean vulnerable communities conformity to your views but will need transformation into a transparent, accountable, with universal practice procedures of resources and support systems. Some of us only know to use and abuse aka crabs in the barrel mentality is real and takes time to heal, but first we have to own up to how we treat each other. That's all of us owning up to how we treat each other. Thinking you are always getting over means you have been got ……. #Icebergs

We are all vulnerable members in our society with obligations to be free thinkers of our destinations. How we come together and pool our resources is what matters. Do the research and choose your platforms wisely!! For I’m obligated to fight for our human rights because the fight knocked on my door and said we can’t take this no more, can we depend on you? My family is always first even when they think I’m putting them last.
