#TeamRhino #SaveTheRhino #SaveFive

Raising Awareness to protect our #WildLife, Please take the pledge: I would like to join #TeamRhinodotorg in the fight against rhino poaching to ensure a future for people and vulnerable wildlife on our planet: I will never buy or promote any products made of rhino horn, as I know that demand drives poaching. I will be a committed advocate to support rangers and others on the frontlines of rhino conservation. I will share my passion about rhino conservation and recruit my friends and family to become involved. I will urge my government to continue championing efforts to stop rhino poaching at home and abroad. I will stand with IRF to help save rhinos from extinction. teamrhino.org

Please Tell Me This Is Not True Black Men Have Too BeLittle Themselves In Elevators When White Men Are Present

Okay, i didn't hear that right, i am sure i didn't, are you telling me that men secretly have conversations about belittling themselves when on the elevator in the presence of white men? you mean to tell me that all that gorgeous hunk of a man has to perform as if he is half the man he is naturally created to be, hummmmmmh scratching my head wondering why do we have to go through so many mentalities to survive with different cultures in our society. what kind of second class citizens mentality is this? like i am sure the powers that be are watching me because i have been to d.c. on video, i have spoken out in so many ways that i know you hear me !! i am not feeling the sundials, the prison industry, the going back into time of slave mentality. what kind of mentality builds prisons based on fourth grade reading levels versus build better education systems, were is the mindset of a First World Country that is unable to adapt to change and grow as a society that transforms into a great nation. Why do we keep living backwards with entrapment's? rather than incorporate the diverse cultures of our society? i don't want to believe that any man has to be little him self to anybody for any reason other than his natural birth father properly putting him in his place or that type of authority figure, today's prison system started by the Quakers to transform society into what they want life to be, replicates the Sodom and Gomorrahs and what some call the end of the world to me. wild how folks who lack support or have challenges are attacked and now i am learning that our men become disabled when on an elevator with a white man. wow 2013 seems to be getting pretty deep and we all need to wake up including the powers that be. Will be Ustreaming for Graterford Lifers September 14th, "Real Street Talk" they have been proven to reduce crime and our youth entering the prison system. will post more information soon!! there will be no more school to prison pipeline, no more rape of our young males. why do we live in such a pretend world, i am not sure about the pretend, but it looks as if some of us are starting to pull together!! www.familiarfacesagainstmassincarceration.org International Men's Day 2013 is November 19th, and we will be producing or co sponsoring various events leading the week of Wednesday, November 19th. this year theme is "Protect Our Men" and i see how serious this dialogue and protection is needed. what other secrets do our men bend to just for a family, house, car, vacations, .... more details to come www.familiarfacesagainstmassincarceration.org

Comfort Bias applied Learning and Evaluation of Corporate Greed affect on The United States of America

Education is the key to freedom and that freedom is being denied. "A Dream Deferred" for corporate profit. For a corporation to make profits they need employees. The type of employee of today's corporations are not trained by the corporations, the corporations don't want to spend their profits on properly training their workforce. In fact corporate America has dictated who and how members of society have been educated as if education purpose was only to get a job aka a slave for a corporation. That may have been their underlying objective with the birth of public school for folks who could not afford or administer private instruction but were needed to do the labor that corporations needed done. It seems that The United States of America corporations doesn't value building relationships with their workforce, all they value is how big they can make their personal bank accounts. I can see the conversation 1930ish, corporate 1 "i need workers with decent work ethics such as read, write, math skills(not sure if they really want you to do the numbers) and be punctual." corporate 2 "lets build school factories and filter out the potential good workers." corporate 1 "that sounds like a great idea" the conversation 2000ish corporate 1 "we don't need an educated workforce" corporate 2 "i agree, we exposed those people to choices we didn't want them to make for themselves." corporate 2 " yeah, they are suppose to come to us for financial structure, after all we started the industry." corporate 1 "i agree if people want to be somebody then we need to get half of their wages, after all we opened the doors for their talent." corporate 2 "i like my comfort zone and want more profit, how can we make that happen?" corporate 1 "let's tear down the communities of self dependency and build controlled environments that allow us to reap the benefits." corporate 2 "that sounds like a great idea." The United States of America needs more companies with the mentality of corporate giant "Google", wait a minute "GOOGLE" wasn't birthed America. Our culture It’s really the people that make Google the kind of company it is. We hire people who are smart and determined, and we favor ability over experience. Although Googlers share common goals and visions for the company, we hail from all walks of life and speak dozens of languages, reflecting the global audience that we serve. And when not at work, Googlers pursue interests ranging from cycling to beekeeping, from frisbee to foxtrot. We strive to maintain the open culture often associated with startups, in which everyone is a hands-on contributor and feels comfortable sharing ideas and opinions. In our weekly all-hands (“TGIF”) meetings—not to mention over email or in the cafe—Googlers ask questions directly to Larry, Sergey and other execs about any number of company issues. Our offices and cafes are designed to encourage interactions between Googlers within and across teams, and to spark conversation about work as well as play.(https://www.google.com/intl/en/about/company/facts/culture/)
